An apology

Just a quick word tonight to say sorry - I didn't finish until nearly 8pm after 99 miles, mainly into a fierce headwind, and then there's shower, bike to sort out, food, etc, etc. So although it's been a very eventful day, I won't be able to share the details with you until tomorrow, because it's now well past my bedtime.

Thank you for your tolerance, your call is important to us, as they say when you've been waiting half an hour for a call centre...
